About the Event

This course is for absolutely anybody who is interested in living a happier healthier life. You will leave the course knowing how to source and prepare a wealth of meals including breakfast, lunch, evening meal and sweet treats based on sound nutritional guidelines. Sometimes it’s tricky to know what is “good for us” with so much conflicting advice available. We can make shifts towards local, organic and seasonal foods whilst ensuring we are fully hydrated and lubricated. More importantly, the course will show you how to make these changes fun and sustainable. This is not a diet. It’s a way of living based upon choice.

We will teach you a philosophy around health that has helped thousands of people regain and maintain fantastic vitality for themselves whilst still leading busy and productive lifestyles.

CERTIFICATE COURSE IN NUTRITIONAL HEALING

  • 20 hour course run over 4 Saturdays once a month at The Rewilding Centre Patty’s Barn Cockerham
  • £285 to include personalised diet and supplementation recommendations, work manual, course materials, samples, analysis of health status plus meals and refreshments.
